I just want you ladies to know how incredibly proud I am of every single one of you. Getting to play alongside you has been something I’m truly grateful for. Some of you have played for years, and some of you picked up a glove for the very first time, but every one of you has shown up, worked hard, learned, encouraged each other, and given it your all.
Watching the women who had never played before step onto the field, learn the game, gain confidence, and keep pushing themselves has honestly been one of my favorite parts of this. You may not realize how much progress you’ve made, but I see it.
Winning is great, but watching this group grow together, laugh together, pick each other up, and become a team is what makes me proud. Thank you all for trusting me, playing beside me, and giving me the opportunity to be part of this with you. I couldn’t be prouder to call you my teammates. ❤️🥎 ...
